CLARITY Advisors to Management LLC was formed in January of 2003. Formerly the Organization and Management Development Division of Fair, Anderson & Langerman (FAL), a Certified Public Accounting firm, CLARITY operates as an independent management consulting firm but continues to work closely with FAL as a member of the FAL Strategic Alliance.
CLARITY's senior consultants include Cameron Stuart, Ronnie Sloan, and Carl Rowe.
CAMERON STUART - Senior Consultant
Cameron Stuart possesses more than thirty years of management, marketing and research/analysis experience within government, private industry, charitable and entrepreneurial organizations.
He has held several corporate senior management positions including regional director of development for a major university; executive director of an international community development organization; vice president/general manager of a souvenir, postcard and imprinted apparel company; and currently a senior consultant with CLARITY Advisors to Management and director of operations for Fair, Anderson & Langerman, Certified Public Accountants and Business Advisors.
Additionally, Cameron has been an owner/operator of an auto-repair franchise, an owner/operator of a 5-location retail food business and an officer/equity participant of a medical device company.
He has also served as an independent business and management consultant to a wide range of clients including the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District as deputy to the Managing Agent and the Housing Authority of Clark County as deputy to the Interim Executive Director. Cameron has also worked as a consultant for an electric motor manufacturer, a real estate developer, a food broker, a construction company, numerous law firms, an auto parts retailer and a computer security company.
He received his bachelors in Social Sciences from Graceland University and his masters in Management from National University.
Ronnie Sloan - Senior Consultant
Ronnie Sloan is an independent consultant who specializes in business process analysis, executive coaching and team-building. She consults for a number of large local companies in a variety of industries including accounting, information technology, legal and non-profit.
Ronnie is also a partner and the president of Fair, Anderson & Langerman Certified Public Accountants and Business Advisors. She oversees the operations of the firm as well as furthers its commitment to a positive firm culture which fosters its employees' professional, personal, and career growth.
Prior to consulting, Ronnie was employed for nearly ten years by a prominent estate-planning law firm where her extensive management skills and leadership ability propelled her career from Controller to Executive Operations Director and a vital member of the firm's management team.
Ronnie, a native Nevadan, is committed to the growth and well being of the Las Vegas community and volunteers her time to various organizations. She was co-founder of Seeds of Light, a non-profit organization created to provide support to the Mash Village Shelter women's division. The Seeds of Light team has been invited to share their message with many local groups. Ronnie continues to receive and accept invitations as the keynote speaker for personal and professional growth seminars.
Carl Rowe - Senior Consultant
As a certified management consultant, Carl Rowe specializes in strategic business and succession planning, conducting organizational and profit assessments, facilitating training and team building, and turnaround for troubled organizations. He has extensive experience in the diagnosis and analysis of organizational problems and in developing performance-based management and incentive systems.
Rowe has worked extensively as a board member and a volunteer for community-based, charitable organizations providing affordable housing and other services to at-risk families and scholarships for disadvantaged students. Currently, Rowe serves on the Opportunity Village ARC Operating Board.
Rowe is also active in the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce serving on the Business Council as the President Elect and as a Chamber Prospector. Currently, he chairs the Business Council's workforce 2010 initiative and has developed a focus group process for Clark County School District teachers and counselors, specifically aimed at helping to understand and improve retention in the school district.
Rowe holds a bachelor's degree, cum laude, in government and politics from George Mason University and a master's degree in urban affairs, administration and management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute. Rowe has completed more than 900 hours of post-graduate work in management and organizational development. He is a member of the Institute for Management Consultants, the Association for Strategic Planning and the Turnaround Management Association.
