Company History


CLARITY Advisors to Management LLC was formed in January of 2003. Formerly the Organization and Management Development Division of Fair, Anderson & Langerman (FAL), a Certified Public Accounting firm, CLARITY operates as an independent management consulting firm but continues to work closely with FAL as a member of the "FAL Strategic Alliance."


CLARITY's focus is on four major areas of management consulting: Planning (strategic business and management succession), Organization Assessments, Meeting and Retreat Facilitation, and Troubled Organization Turnarounds. Work in this latter category has involved organizational and interpersonal problem solving as well as serving temporarily in decision making positions, including the principal executive roles in public agencies. In 1998, CLARITY's predecessor organization took over as Managing Agent of the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District, to help the District resolve some serious internal problems. In 2005, CLARITY was hired by the Board of Commissioners of the Clark County Housing Authority to direct the day-to-day operations of that agency, including assisting its Board in resolving a number of issues and recruiting a permanent Executive Director. In 2006 CLARITY was retained for a similar engagement for the Las Vegas Housing Authority.


CLARITY's non-governmental clients represent such diverse fields as technology manufacturing and marketing, automotive parts, consumer products and services, the building and construction trades, and hospitality and gaming. In addition, CLARITY has served a large number of non-profit organizations, including public broadcasting, community-based charities, and faith-based organizations.
